1. Pick-up Times

  • Will Call pick-up times are from Monday – Friday (8:30am-4pm PST).

2. Payment Methods

  • All payments are no longer processed at our Office and instead are now processed down at our Warehouse, which is located at 1650 Victory Blvd., Glendale, CA 91201. “Expedited Pick-up” surcharge terms do apply.
  • We accept cash, credit card, or by using your Account terms (if applicable).
  • We recommend that you place a credit card on file and call ahead with your order to expedite the ordering process, limit delays, and avoid surcharges.

3. Minimum Order

  • All orders require a minimum order amount of $50 (excluding taxes & freight).

4. Expedited Pick-up

  • For all Will Call/Walk-in orders, upon receiving an order confirmation from our Customer Service, please allow a minimum of 3 hours prior to picking it up, otherwise, you will incur an “Expedited Pick-up” surcharge of 20% on your order.

5. Placing Orders

  • Login to your account to see your pricing and place orders fast and easy at www.chesterpaul.com
  • If you do not have an account with us, please go to the Homepage of www.chesterpaul.com and click, “Create a New Account.” Again, we recommend that you place a credit card on file and place your order ahead of time or online to expedite the ordering process, limit delays, and avoid surcharges. You will be able to choose this option in this application.
