Will Call pick-up times are from Monday – Friday (8:30am-4pm PST).
All Will Call customers can both pay and pick-up your order at our Warehouse, which is located at: 1210 N. Red Gum Street, Anaheim, CA 92806.
We accept cash, credit card, or by using your Account terms (if applicable).
All orders require a minimum order amount of $50 (excluding taxes & freight).
For all Will Call/Walk-in orders, once your order is placed, please allow a minimum of 3 hours prior to picking it up, otherwise you will incur an “Expedited Pick-up” surcharge of 20% on your order.
From the time your order is pulled and are contacted by our warehouse confirming your order is ready by phone/email, you have 3 business days to pick up your order, otherwise your entire order (to include backordered items) will be cancelled and returned to stock.
If you already have an account with us, we recommend that you place a credit card on file and call ahead with your order to expedite the ordering process, limit delays, and avoid surcharges. Please contact our accounting department ext: 2110 to provide payment details.
