Will Call/Walk-in Policy

  • Will Call pick-up times are from Monday – Friday (8:30am-4pm PST).
  • All Will Call customers can both pay and pick-up your order at our Warehouse, which is located at: 1210 N. Red Gum Street, Anaheim, CA 92806.
  • We accept cash, credit card, or by using your Account terms (if applicable).
  • All orders require a minimum order amount of $50 (excluding taxes & freight).
  • For all Will Call/Walk-in orders, once your order is placed, please allow a minimum of 3 hours prior to picking it up, otherwise you will incur an “Expedited Pick-up” surcharge of 20% on your order.
  • From the time your order is pulled and are contacted by our warehouse confirming your order is ready by phone/email, you have 3 business days to pick up your order, otherwise your entire order (to include backordered items) will be cancelled and returned to stock.
  • If you already have an account with us, we recommend that you place a credit card on file and call ahead with your order to expedite the ordering process, limit delays, and avoid surcharges. Please contact our accounting department ext: 2110 to provide payment details.
  • If you do not have an account with us, please log onto www.chesterpaul.com and click, “Create a New Account”. If you wish to keep your CC on file please contact our accounting department at ext: 2110 to provide payment details.
